This vintage 1950's little girl's dress is so adorable with its short gathered puff sleeves and white linen peter pan collar with a buttoned tab.  The collar and tab are trimmed in colorful rainbow plaid and the same plaid is extended in rows around the center of the dress. There is a waist sash tie and the dress is labeled Celeste New York size 3. We love Celeste vintage dresses and this one is really special!
